Registration Process
All registrations must be completed before 31 August 2025, with payment verification potentially taking up to 14 working days, and delegates being responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Complete Online Form
Fill out the registration form with all required information.

Auto-Generated Invoice
An invoice with reference number and bank details will be emailed to you.

Bank Transfer Payment
Make a manual online transfer using the invoice details.

Upload Proof of Payment
Return to the form to upload your bank receipt using the provided reference number

Pending Verification
The GHaS Secretariat will verify your payment within 2–14 working days.

Confirmation Email Sent
Once verified, you'll receive a confirmation email with digital receipt.

QR Code for Check-in
Your unique QR code will be emailed to you closer to the event for entry and lanyard pickup.
